These terms apply when you browse smashedhq.ca, contact SMASHED HQ, or purchase merchandise through our online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Online orders

Merchandise orders are offers to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is approved and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item, price, address, or payment issue prevents fulfillment.

Food pickup and delivery orders may be completed through a separate ordering service. The price, availability, pickup time, and any additional terms displayed by that service apply to the food order.

Prices and payment

Store prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout; SMASHED HQ does not store full payment-card numbers.

Made-to-order merchandise

Our merchandise is produced on demand by our fulfillment partner after an order is placed. Product colours and print placement may vary slightly from screen previews. Please review the product description and size information before ordering.

Shipping, returns, and problems

Estimated shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy form part of these terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account and order information and for activity under your account. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use our content or trademarks without permission.

Website content

We work to keep product details, menus, prices, and location information accurate, but availability and details can change. Current food selections and pricing should be confirmed in the ordering service or at the location.

Intellectual property

The SMASHED name, logos, photographs, graphics, product designs, and site content are owned by or licensed to SMASHED HQ and may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.
