SMASHED merchandise is produced on demand and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful.

Production and delivery estimates

Your item is made after you order it. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery timing, and cost are calculated for the destination and shown at checkout. Estimates can change due to product availability, carrier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking is available, a tracking link is sent to the email address used at checkout. Items may be produced in different facilities or packaged separately, so one order may have multiple tracking links and delivery dates.

International orders and customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, those charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes and returned packages

Check your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if it needs to be changed; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. Reshipping charges may apply when a package is returned because an address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed.
